Pligg Support

Anyone encountered this issue? -->

One creates a story and adds tags. On viewing the story, the tags do not appear. One needs to "edit and save" the story for them to appear.

Possible Answers

    Using Version 2.0.1 with default bootstrap template, on dedicated mysql database server, and I have to say, it runs flawlessly. The issue is minor for now.

    Upon creating a story, the tags won't show right away in the cloud or sidebar. publishing story has no effect, just "Edit" and "Save".

    I'l try to reproduce the environment entirely. Do you guys have some sort of bugzilla/Code review system? like http://codestriker.sourceforge.net

    That's something very strange that I haven't seen come up before. What version are you running? What template are you using? Have you tried disabling tags in the admin settings and then re-enable them?

Including Files or Code

Sometimes it is necessary for you to attach a file or include a snippet of code for others to reference in your response. In most cases, you can .zip up files and attach them to a question or answer using Pligg's file manager. At times though this may fail, and in these circumstances we recommend using a third party host. Below we are including a list of recommended websites where you can share easily share file uploads (or snippets of code) through the web.
