Pligg Support

I hate Pligg CMS There is no support Here.
If you are a pligg supporter pligg check this problem out. Please register this site http://getpaidreviewproducts.com submit a new story then you will understand what type of problem it is. I can not submit a new story That means no users can not submit. I can see to my admin panel> manage>error log "[25-Mar-2014 15:03:37 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Smarty in /home1/username/public_html/internal/Smarty.class.php on line 17" this massage

I have attached a file from internal/smarty.class.php please see the attachment and tell me what is the problem in line 17

Possible Answers

    You hate pligg because you aren't installing it properly, or you are using an incompatible theme? Pretty lame reason to hate something. I have no problems with my install at all. Be a little more patient before you say you hate something.

    Pligg is free and the support is community based. If you don't write detailed descriptions, people will skip over you. From what I can gather it looks like you probably installed a module incorrectly or configured a module incorrectly. Try uninstalling active modules one by one to see which one is causing your error.

    No it's not clear. You have not mentioned your version of Pligg. What template you are using and even if it's compatible with the version of Pligg you are running. You haven't listed what modules you are running. All anyone knows is that you are getting an error.

    but now i have installed pligg old version and it is running well but when i install or upgrade version it shows same errors.

    That's because the site you listed above is not running the default template as you stated in another comment. It's running an outdated template for an older version of Pligg.
