Pligg Support

When I click on the RSS Import to download it goes to my account page where my old downloads are, but there is nothing for the RSS Import Module. Is this a glitch with the Pligg Checkout system? Any help would be great.

Possible Answers

Come on guys, at least maintain your own site, this problem has lasted for almost a month and no one seems to care. If you don't have the time to fix it at least give us an alternate download link.

Oh, I thought you were having trouble with running the module itself. You need help with the download of the module from this website.

Yankidank will have to help you with that.

I am talking about the RSS Import Module (http://pligg.com/downloads/module/rss-import/). It says "Login to Download", and then when I log it, it still says "Login to Download". When I click after logging in, I am taking to my account profile that shows my previous downloads. Is this a glitch on their end?

Where is this 'RSS Import' you're talking about??

If you mean the RSS links on the main page (and the other public pages) then that gets populated as you add content.

If you mean the 'RSS import' under the admin side of Pligg then you must add feeds to that first. It's not hard to set up! If there's nothing there at all then you'll need to troubleshoot that issue but you should see a add a feed link and others.

Sometimes it is necessary for you to attach a file or include a snippet of code for others to reference in your response. In most cases, you can .zip up files and attach them to a question or answer using Pligg's file manager. At times though this may fail, and in these circumstances we recommend using a third party host.
