Pligg Support - Akismet Spam removal Locked me(admin) out ? http://pligg.com/support/question/akismet-spam-removal-locked-meadmin-out-/ I had like 50 submission held on Akismet and I skimmed through it and selected all as spam! Now I'm locked out of my own pligg site... how in the world can the admin be flagged as spam? isn't there some protection for that? Most, importantly, how do I log back in as admin? thanks Mon, 03 Mar 2014 15:15:49 PST en <![CDATA[Answer #1553]]> http://pligg.com/support/question/akismet-spam-removal-locked-meadmin-out-/#c1553 Thu, 13 Mar 2014 15:55:17 PDT jhawkin 0 1553 <![CDATA[Answer #1548]]> http://pligg.com/support/question/akismet-spam-removal-locked-meadmin-out-/#c1548 Wed, 12 Mar 2014 16:39:36 PDT Latevo 0 1548 <![CDATA[Answer #1486]]> http://pligg.com/support/question/akismet-spam-removal-locked-meadmin-out-/#c1486 Tue, 04 Mar 2014 16:02:02 PST jhawkin 0 1486 <![CDATA[Answer #1485]]> http://pligg.com/support/question/akismet-spam-removal-locked-meadmin-out-/#c1485 Users -- Further Discussion -- I wouldn't disable Akismet. I would be more careful in the future and I'd wonder why Akismet thought my post was spam (if that was what happened). I've lost admin accounts and never figured out why but figured I did something dumb! And I'd reserve my 'admin level account' for administration only (and don't name it admin, Pligg, or administration). Posts should probably be handled from a second user account. You should be able to register admin and administration also then disable those two users to keep hackers out of them and to keep another Pigg user from trying to register as that. set them to 'Spammer'!!!]]> Tue, 04 Mar 2014 15:41:05 PST jhawkin 0 1485 <![CDATA[Answer #1482]]> http://pligg.com/support/question/akismet-spam-removal-locked-meadmin-out-/#c1482 Tue, 04 Mar 2014 00:12:02 PST Pedro aka maslinux 1 1482
