Pligg Support

Let me try to explain this better. When clicking on my title links on my home page the ones that lead to this story.php?title= (the page with my full description) it takes me straight down to the comment box. And this only happens when someone is logged in. When not logged in, the titles on my home page link to the top of the story page. Anyone have any idea why this is happening when logged in?
i wonder why the External Vote Button (EVB) is hidden in the modules section of the modules store, but google finds it unter http://pligg.com/downloads/module/external-vote-button-evb/
does it work with the latest pligg version, will there be a new version of the EVB?
I want to set when user add story that it's not visible on site until admin approve it. Please tell me how I do it , if it is possible.
hi

i tried to itall it now 4 times and i always cant use utf-8.
öäü dosent work and the news ends at the point where the first (öäü) appears.
only in comments it is working???

i also had a look in the german language file. there also they use other letters for this (öäü)
they use their ö for generate ö ??

also all files are saved in ANSI ???
why this works here?
i read about many people got problems with this but i did not found any solution?

Does anyone currently run a site that makes a user log in before seeing any content? I dont want any users to be able to see any information unless they have logged in. Is this possible?
The RSS import works fine manually, however it has a bug when ran via cron. The readme says that import.php can be left in the modules directory, however when I run the import.php it errors because it can't find 2 of the files

rss_import_settings.php
rss_import_main.php

Ultimately since it can't find those files it has the fatal error:

Call to undefined function rss_import_do_import()

Since the present working directory IS the rss_import folder, I modified lines 14 and 15 to take out the explicit path .. that resulted in MORE errors ..

Ultimately the best option was to move import.php to the main directory as we had to do before..

I'm just reporting this since the note said:

Yankidank - 08/09/2013 - import.php can be left in the module's directory. Fixed Smarty include path.

This note seems to be incorrect :)
on clicking Admin link, it shows me following error

A feed could not be found at http://www.pligg.com/pro/rss.php in D:ixxxxxx/xxx/xxxtemplatesadminsimplepie.inc on line 660
