Comment Subscription Module

Overview
Receive an email alert when someone comments on an story that you are following by using the Comment Subscription Module. You will receive an email containing the comment author's username, their avatar, the comment content, story title, a link to view the story, and an unsubscribe link.
This module allows users to subscribe to stories individually and/or they can subscribe to all of their own stories automatically (see details below). If they no longer want to subscribe to a story they can click on an unsubscribe link from either the story page or from the comment alert email body.
To subscribe to all future stories, users need to visit the "edit profile" page (where you update your name, email, etc) and select the checkbox for "Automatically Subscribe to Comment Notifications for My Stories". Please note that subscribing to all of your stories will only subscribe to stories submitted after saving that setting. It will not retroactively subscribe to all of your previously published stories.
Requires: PHP mail() function. Most servers support this, but some may block it as a means of preventing their users from sending out spam email.
