A shout out to Franck he was the only contributor today. Traffic to the blog has slowed down considerably today. No new referrals to speak of. This worries me as I could end up back in the homeless shelter again. This is what keeps me up at nights.
The weather today was as expected. Just awful outside. We got another foot and a half of snow last night added already on to the 2 feet we got the previous night. I’ll probably have to dig my way out at some point. Along with this snow is the unusually frigged temperature. The windchill or real-feel has been steady about -15F for a couple days now causing me to go through more heating fuel than expected.
I only got about 6 hours of coding done today as I was distracted by the weather event and trying to keep the temperature inside to a point where its tolerable. Thinking about dinner tonight. I scrounged around and was able to find a can of baked beans that was hidden behind some spices in the cupboard. So eating something warm tonight was unexpected and will be a real treat.
After dinner I plan on doing some forum support and then try to get to bed early. Tomorrow I plan on trying to start digging my way out. or at least a small pathway to the closest road. I need to check the forecast and see if more snow is expected.
