A “shout-out” to Alexandre over at blogdemode.fr for being the only contributor today. Traffic to my blog has remained high despite the drop off in contributions lately. At least people are reading my blog, which is good. Today I finished up the Russian translation for Pligg 2.x.x and then worked on rewriting one of Pligg’s most popular module.
The Auto Content Scraper for Pligg 2.x.x is coming along well. It’s a total rewrite and will provide more features than previous versions. It will work more like how Facebook deals with links. An image to the left and a short description to the right. All inside a responsive panel.
So I was reading an article today about how Tablet sales will out perform PC sales this year. The future is all about your brand and accessibility. Sure it will always be about content, but the way people find your site and the way people access your site are changing at a rapid pace. It’s all about getting your App on these devices. Don’t wait till it’s too late and your App will be lost in a sea of millions of other Apps out there. Strike while the iron is hot.
It also just so happens that yesterday I added a new reward which expires this Friday, where you can get your own App.
